Design Context: Who Are You? Accents

Research into the ways I can portray many different accents by simply changing the font and point sizes of 'Who are you?' identifying how the different accents speak, what letters of words they enthesize, what fonts are typically used for a different accent or country.

Looking on youtube to find out how each accent was spoken helped me to see how they speak and show me what letters they enthesize the most and so I can accentuate them in my 'who are you?'. Listening to people speaking these accents shows the stereotypical way that they would be identified, which is what I am trying to do in a slightly different way, so this helped me a lot. Also by looking at google images for key words that would represent that particular accent, it found a few fonts which people associate that particular accent. This helped me as it allowed me to use a font which already made people think of that accent, therefore I may not have to change the point sizes for some of the accents as the font sends such a strong message. Researching into well known things or companies which that country has also helped me as people associate that company with that country therefore using a similar typeface would be useful.
