Type and Image Posters Research

As I am looking at couples in films, taking advantage of the fact that journalists exaggerate the truth, I wanted my posters to look romantic and also showy. As if the posters were fiction but also relate love. So I started to look at film posters, looking at the colours and layout. I also looked at the definition of romance so that I can see what I am working with, and what I am looking for.

Definition of romance;
a. A love affair.
b. Ardent emotional attachment or involvement between people; love: They kept the romance alive in their marriage for 35 years.
c. A strong, sometimes short-lived attachment, fascination, or enthusiasm for something: a childhood romance with the sea.

Finding these website and images shows that it is a common concept that the newspapers and magazines are lying, or exaggerating the truth.

Minimal posters and film posters;

The minimal aspect of these posters is amazing whilst giving maximum impact, this is something I am looking to do in my designs.
